I am a big fan of this company. I like the Joint Support Supplement because it works—not immediately, but if you use it consistently, you should notice a difference. All the Mary Ruth products are good. I especially like their liquid vitamins.

MaryRuth is a reputable company, with high standards and organic ingredients. This comes in a dark glass bottle for extra protection. I like supplements in liquid form for ease of taking and better absorption, and no extra fillers or capsule ingredients.I was excited to try this formula to help manage my knee pain (I was recently diagnosed patellar chondromalacia.)The suggested use is to take 1 ml (1 dropper) and avoid contact with the mouth to prevent product contamination. So from that, its implied that you squirt it directly in your mouth.The taste of this is horrible! There's a hint of honey flavor and burnt ... something. It's almost as hard to describe as it is to swallow. The directions don't mention adding to water (or other drinks) like many of my other liquid supplements do. But if I dilute this in water, it's much more tolerable going down. I don't know if I am diluting the benefits by doing that, but I can't tolerate taking this directly.I am doing a combination of things (topical treatments, exercises, etc.) for treating my knee pain, so I'm not sure of the degree of relief I am getting from this product alone. But I'm continuing to take it just in case - I know it can't hurt.

I'm a big fan of MaryRuth's brand, so I decided to try their joint support supplement. While I'm not a fan of the taste, the ingredients seem promising, and I appreciate the quality.The supplement has a syrupy texture, which is easy enough to take. I haven't noticed any issues with it so far, and I like that all the information I need to know is clearly printed on the bottle.Even though I'm not sure if it's working yet, I'm hopeful given the good ingredients. If you're looking for a joint support supplement, this one is worth a try!

I like Mary Ruth supplements and this one is no exception. The drops are easy to take and don't taste awful so I take them straight. Hoping to see good results soon!

I have heard good things about this brand, but this is the only product I have ever tried from them. Unfortunately, I don’t seem to notice any difference in my joint pain and inflammation after taking it for a while. I will go ahead and finish the bottle that I have, but I am not likely to order it again.

I like that this is a natural supplement, that it’s made from a reputable company, and that it doesn’t taste bad.At first I struggled with the drops, because you have to take a lot so maybe having a little cup would have been better. But others may really like this presentation.It tastes a bit like honey medicine, it’s not unpleasant but also not like candy.Overall a good product, I would buy it again.
