Pens arrived loose out of package, with one not functional and broken. Put up 1 star review. Great proactive customer service reached out and sent me replacement at no cost. My kid is now enjoying the product and I’m updating to 5 stars.

Does okay, not bad but also not super great
The pens don’t write that great sometimes but if you scribble somewhere else like a normal pen they do okay. The ink isn’t super dark, somewhat watered down. For the amount of inserts you get I’d think it’d come with more outer shells but my kids have just lost them. It does disappear rather quickly and doesn’t leave marks.

Love these pens!
My kids love the Magic books and these pen refills made it so easy to switch out the ink when they run out! Great value and quality for the money, love that they include grips with the pens to help the kids learn the correct way to hold pen!
