Its a good product does what it says on the tin. I use it mostly for my Keto supplements, powdered supplements in water, and butter coffee to ensure proper mix, which it does very well.Problem I am having is battery life. I dont know if i got some bunk batteries or this thing really does pull this much power, but they are not lasting more than a week, kind of excessive. Especially since you only blend for a minute or less at a time, so were talking 2 fully charged AAA batteries dead to a point where it doesnt blend well any more, in about 10 minutes of use.2nd problem i have is after pulling the seal out of the lid to clean it thoroughly, it now does not seal at all. If any liquid gets near the top its all over.Unfortunately would not recommendUPDATE: because of the non removable agitator i fill it with warm water and soap to wash this, now it is leaking from thru that agitator, contacting Amazon about a refund now

this blender is excellent. i'm on a shake only diet and needs to be mixed 4 times a day and this has made it super easy... but if you are considering buying one of these. save yourself the hassle and don't buy this one.. spend the extra 10 or so dollars buy the one with the rechargeable base. granted i likely used it more than most but after two or three days i found myself needing to change the batteries. also the rechargeable base runs with more torque than this one. now if you already bought this one and are just reading this.. they do sell a upgrade but for a higher cost than just getting it form the get go. all and all its one of the best things i bought to deal with mixing my shakes.

I first used the PROMIXX with ON Pro Mass Gainer, which has always been tough to mix with a traditional shaker. With the PROMIXX I had one of the smoothest protein shakes I’ve ever had. One big surprise was how easy this product was to clean, even easier than my regular old shaker. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the size of the mouth opening, I would’ve liked it to be a bit bigger. All in all I’m very happy with this product and will definitely recommend it!

I bought this to make my bullet proof coffee while on a cruise. It worked great!! I added my coffee, butter and MCT powder and it mixed very well and even foamed a little. I was also able to bring it through TSA at the airport. They did question me about it, but because it didn't have any blades it went through just fine. Works Great!!

the best purchase ever! no clumps or anything like before! i've had the blender bottles with the ball inside and the one that is attached to the top cover and it's still super clumpy and smells after wash! not anymore after i purchased this!! i hand wash it and there's no smell and my son loves watching me make my meal replacement shake! i got rechargeable batteries for it! i love this thing!

FYI .. I was not sponsored in any way to write this review. It's an honest review of the product to help others make the decision as to if this product is what they are looking for. So I learned about this mixer while shopping for a shaker bottle for my daughter. She had expressed frustration with the current shaker bottles she was using so I was searching for an alternative. Came across the PromMixx and was so impressed with the reviews that I thought what the heck I will get one for my daughter and one for myself. Why do I need a Vortex type mixer if I don't drink nutrition drinks you ask? Well, I am a cocoa lover. I drink cocoa vs. coffee. If anyone knows anything about making a real cup of cocoa or even better making with cacao they know that the mixing part is the most difficult. Most times this requires dragging out a pot and tenaciously watching over the mix until one reaches drink perfection. And yes, that used to be my morning practice. Tedious and time consuming. Layer on the fact that I like to mix all kinds of stuff in my cocoa .. cinnamon, peppermint, orange, etc. This means constant stirring to keep the drink at "perfection" level. But along came ProMixx and my life was instantly transformed into cacao drinking bliss. Heat the coconut milk up in the microwave (of course not in the ProMixx but in a microwave safe cup), pour the heated milk in the ProMixx, add the cacao, add whatever else (little something, something .. maybe a dash of bourbon on a cold night when you've had to shovel snow) .. don't judge ;), activate the ProMixx and tada .. perfectly mixed cacao every time. Also ... the bonus round, leave the drink in the ProMixx and just give it a burst mix to maintain infusion perfection. I'm telling you this thing is the cat's pajamas!!! .. I bought both the ProMixx and the ProMixx 2018, the difference seems to be that the Original required batteries where the 2018 version is rechargeable. The 2018 version also seems to have a bit more power. One final comment, this is not a mini-blender, it is strictly for mixing .. No complaints here though as it does the job exceptionally!!! I have the better version of this which I thought I was ordering the same thing as I did last time. I broke my original promixxer, and when I went to reorder it in my orders history it said they didn't carry the one I originally bought. This one popped up in lieu of my original one. When this arrived I was super dissatisfied. This one runs off of batteries and felt cheap. The original one I bought has a USB charger to recharge the motor, and it came with a protein storage case. This one didn't and feels cheaply made. I would not recommend this one. Buy the upgraded one that comes with the charger!!! It mixes better too because the motor is stronger..this one does half the job.

It has potential but motor just isn’t powerful enough. I use this to TRY and mix 400-500ml of water and my Huel about 50-60g of mix not much denser than protein powder, the mixer starts off well then as I add more gets slower until the mix basically isn’t moving. It is left lumpy and not how it is supposed to be. I tried the higher powered motor it does a slightly better job but same outcome. Leave it on too long you only get 1 maybe 2 mix per day. This product would benefit from a higher powered motor or a much larger battery to make it last longer. In the meantime I am mixing less mix with the same water and achieving a better outcome.

The media could not be loaded.  At first I was raving about this product to my friends and family, it worked seamlessly for the first few weeks. However, having owned it for just over two months now it stopped working properly a couple of weeks back - see video. I tried changing the battery as I thought this was the issue at first but this did not fix the problem. I am normally pretty good at fixing things myself but the gear/teeth system on this is just not meeting/connecting with the power source properly. It has hardly been used as I had been adding fruits that needed blended in my blender into my protein shakes recently. I went to see if I could return the item to PROMiXX or Amazon today and have discovered that I have missed a mysterious return deadline of August the 5th... which was precisely 1 month from the purchase date. I am now left with a product that doesn't function and wasted my money with no option to return it as faulty, get a replacement or refund. Amazon, this is a disgrace. Items, especially electrical ones can develop faults. To put a deadline on returns is wrong, yes I could understand if it was 1 year warranty etc but not 1 month. I have no doubt that this company make good products, the concept is certainly great and when it worked it was excellent. Don't waste your money and find yourself in the same situation as me though, having wasted £20.00. Shame on you Amazon and PROMiXX. If I could give this ZERO stars for the hassle I would, very dissatisfied. I would be careful and check return policies for any PROMiXX item if you are thinking of buying one. I will also be reconsidering how often I shop with Amazon after this too.

Looks very smart, quality materials used, easy to fit batteries.But as for performance ,it was very poor it barely turned the liquid, could do faster just using a fork.Not fit for purpose, lumps in the mix, in the end I had to remove and mix with my electric blender which defeats the object of why I purchased the item.Very disappointed, batteries were best quality, so I did make sure about power source.Also wanted for milk based drinks/shakes, this machine will now be binned.

looked stylish and top quality however only works with water or squash, added water as instructed then turned it on .. So far so good started to add powder little bit at a time before iv even put in 1 scoop ( need to use 2 scoops for protein shake) whirlpool in middle has died and basically just moving clumps of powder around the bottle tried to drink is all lumpy and bitty. Do not buy better off using cheap shaker bottle as i had to use that afterwards anyway!

Amazing, so easy to make protein shakes now. No mess, fast and really smooth. The bottle is so nicely designed, big enough for a hand to fit in so it's easily cleaned (not that it needs much cleaning because the powder doesn't clump and stick to the sides!) And no spillage when drinking out of it.I use water for my shakes mainly, my only criticism would be it's not quite strong enough to mix shakes that use milk (cow or any kind really) it does the job well enough I suppose but only creates a small vortex that leaves clumps of powder as it goes too slow. Still would recommend this though!!
