I ordered this item twice and both times it was missing the ruler and the card holder. Extremely dissatisfied.

Nice but Missing items
The media could not be loaded. I am missing the card holder bag and the bookmark ruler. I’m disappointed these two items are missing and don’t understand how because they came inside a sealed clear bag. I would like these items sent to me otherwise I will return.
