I wasn't sure what to expect taste-wise. Especially since some similar products leave a weird after taste in your mouth. These are surprisingly refreshing; I have tried them with room temp or slightly chilled water. I like that I can use them every other day and still have the desired effect. My husband also likes them, and he's had issues with other products (weird after taste) in the past. That alone gained this product a repurchase.

Love this stuff, tastes like grape koolaid or popsicles. Brings back childhood memories. Very low carbs and has electrolytes

i am type one diabetic so obviously im going with the "sugar free" option. this drink is so yummy HOWEVER i noticed my bloodsugar would spike after i drank it. Maltodextrin is the culprit (look it up). im not going to stop drinking this because it helps me drink more water, but def keep an eye on your bloodsugar after consumption.

I first received this as a mistake item from Amazon. I had ordered another drink mix. At first I was angry about it, but decided to go ahead and try it. When I opened the first tube, the smell was so good! I usually hate both artificial watermelon and strawberry flavors, so that was a real shock. The first time I used it, I put it in full strength. While the flavor was very good, it was a bit too strong and sweet for me. I decided to try it again at 50% strength, and for me, it's perfect. I overheat very easily and I also lose my electrolytes just as easily so for me, a cold electrolyte drink is very important for my health this time of year. I usually put four 500ml bottles of water into my pitcher, and two of the drink mix tubes. It mixes in very quickly, whether shaking in a bottle or mixing in the pitcher itself. Pouring it over ice makes a delicious, ice cold drink that doesn't taste like salt or chemicals (that is also true at full strength). I believe there are 72 tubes of mix in this package. I usually use two tubes a day, so one multipack will last me a little over a month. That's less than a dollar a day for well-flavored water that helps keep me from passing out, so I consider that to be a good value.
