台座無しの重量は約５００ｇです。 マイクスタンドに斜めに取り付けたいとき、一般的なタイプは重すぎて 下を向いてしまいますが、この重量なら軽いマイクと組み合わせれば斜めに固定できることが多いはずです。 肝心の吸音性能は、思っていたより優秀です。 これと同じタイプのフィルターは５万円しますし重量もあるので 用途によっては十分でしょう。 マイクスタンドによってはうまくこれが固定できません、その場合は別途３／８メスオスアダプター等を二つ購入すればしっかり固定できます

Good isolation shield
I haven't had a lot of time with it, but I seem to be getting very good results recording using my Shure SM7B along with this isolation shield in my recording space. It's not able to be tightened perfectly where nothing moves, but I was able to tighten it enough to keep everything in the right place. All things considered, I think it's very good and worth the price.
