I received the beverage dispenser and the spout was missing the small part to prevent clogging. I emailed the company that sold the item. They were quickly responsive to send me the replacement part and a little surprise as well! I have used the beverage dispenser and will be using it frequently in the future. It is beautiful on my countertop and does NOT leak! I am impressed by the quality and especially the thickness of the glass. I think this beverage dispenser will last for a long time:)

I was amazed at the quick response to a missing part. They apologized, sent out a replacement which I received quickly and they also sent me a gift. The dispenser is absolutely beautiful and I can't wait to use it. I would defiantly recommend this company.

Good Value for MoneyTried using it once after receiving it. It looks really nice, very classy. The dispenser works great, has an even flow of water and is so easy to use. Good product!I found a problem with it on my first use, so if other buyers are struggling with this, I can help explain it to you:Lift up the bleeding valve on the lid when you’re ready to use it so that the liquid can actually come out smoothly — otherwise the pressure will be wonky and it won’t operate. That’s not its fault though, that’s just physics.Gloves were included in order to keep fingers protected while installing, which was sweet!I'll continue to share my experience with it.

I bought them for a party of more than 20 people, one for lemonade and the other for alcoholic beverages. It did not leak at all so I’m happy with it so far! I love how it has glass and wood together, it makes it look clean and neat.I'm glad it has a stainless steel spigot that flowed great.Note that you have to install the spout correctly , get the silicon seals seated correctly. Tighten to the right firmness. you can watch their installation video, it's easy. This way you don't have to worry about it leaking at all.
