I work out at a gym that plays the music very loud (measured over 100 decibels). I've been using foam earplugs which do a decent job. I also wear the earplugs at loud sports bars, restaurants, sports stadiums, etc. I got these because they say they reduce the noise by 30 decibels. I do not know what they used to measure that, but definitely does not reduce it by that much. That said, these do not help me at the gym, but are a much better option for the sports bars, restaurants, and sports arenas. They dampen the loud background noise enough to help me keep my sanity, and i can still hear conversations clearly. And they look a lot better than walking around with orange plugs sticking out of my ears. So, keeping these and using them for what the scenarios they work best for.

Build quality on the ear plugs are awful. The outer ring silicone falls off when in use frequently with no adhesive to hold them in place. The plug part themselves tend to slip downwards further onto the plastic and does not create a good sound blocking seal when put in your ear.

Very stylish and work really well at canceling noise.

These will soften sounds but will not block them out completely by any means. The flat design makes them easy to hide/ lay on if needed. Its a pretty good value considering youre gettting two sets. I'd say these are on the very light side of noise reduction but work well to take the edge off

I bought this hoping to muffle out loud noise when I play pickleball. I generally stuff tissue papers in my ear and works great to hear other people calling out scores.However, this ear plug blocks out a lot of noise and I could barely hear people talking, my voice is very loud when I talk. What I could not stand the most was when I had to adjust the plugs to hear sound, I’d accidentally touch the metal part and it is VERY LOUD in my ear like when you tap a microphone for a test. This caused ringing in my ear multiple times. It may work for others but not for me, 2 stars because it looks cool. Sad I can’t return it as I’ve used a pair..I’m scared to use it again.

These are very nice. They fit comfortably in my ears and though they don’t completely block the noises they significantly reduce them.
