Volume is 30 oz.; total sugar is 19g, including 4g of added sugar. Organic kesar pulp does not have added sugar. Delicious in my opinion.

what is the difference between pulp and concentrate?

No- pulp is thicker than purée and is a better choice for mango pies or ice cream.

What is the difference between alphonso and kesar mango pulp?

The pulps are made from the different types of mangos- kesar Mangos are brighter orange and slightly sweeter than the Alphonso mango which is milder.
