My husband and I both find the smell very therapeutic. My husband is only young but has suffered with bad back since he was 20 after a fall down some stairs and has recently been suffering with sciatica. After visits to a chiropractitioner we invested in a massage bed and a bottle of this oil. My husband thinks it is great and has helped a lot. It is not a cure for damaged muscles but does seem to relieve most of the aches and pains, no pun intended. It is great for my hands as I suffer with excema and I have found I am not allergic to any of its ingredients, which has happened with other oils.
