Lovely book for big sisters or brothers
We were given this when my second daughter was born and it is a lovely story! It is realistic about no longer being the centre of attention, but in the end ZaZa gets a cuddle and a story with his Mummy and Daddy. The girls love reading this and we have given it to many friends when their second babies have arrived and everyone has agreed it is a great book.

Very realistic and helped my 20months child to understand what was going to hapoen.

Good but possibly a bit negative
Fun story, good balanced preparation for a new sibling, but could be a bit negative and off-putting as it portrays all the family ignoring the older sibling.

The bird book from the same author is amazing and my daughters favourite. This was a bit lame. It does what it says to an extent but isnt fun like the bird book. Huge disappointment

Good for child getting ready to be a big sis or big brother
Absolutely the cutest book for a small child getting ready for a new baby. My kids both loved this book and we read it many many times - I just bought again for my granddaughters who were getting ready for a new baby brother. Lucy cousins is a fabulous author and wrote the Maisy books as well.
