They exceeded my expectations! I always fold the open end inside. These aleady have a fold on the inside! I hadn't seen that before, so it makes making my bed easier, plus you can't go wrong with the color or thread count!

Not envelope style, but very nice quality.
This was advertised and described as envelope style pillowcase. It is not! So I gave only 4 stars. It is traditional (open ended) style. They are, however, very well made. The inner seams are fully flatfelled, with a narrow completely finished hem. No loose edges or threads anywhere. Fabric is Damask stripe. Have not washed yet, will change review if any problem. Advertised as "more than 300 count cotton". Does appear to be all cotton and probably 400 count. Smooth and heavy. Great purchase if you weren't looking for envelope closure!
