Very helpful
I have a colostomy. Many of us who do, have issues after meals with bloating and digestive issues. We feel sometimes, no matter how much or how little we eat we feel like we have eaten a 5 course meal. I have been taking this for a week and not once have I had that feeling. Taken during or just after a meal it works fast. Hope this helps !!!

These capsules are the BEST!
I was diagnosed with IBS last year and my GI doctor requested I find a digestive enzyme medication from Amazon he said. This is the one I chose and I showed him this brand and he read the ingredients and told me this brand was better than what he expected. Been taking them religiously.

Best enzyme we’ve tried…and we’ve tried tons
Celiac disease causes major stomach issues in our family, but this little bottle of enzymes have been our lifesaver multiple times. It alleviates some of our worst symptoms and causes our stomachs ease. Have bought over and over. Helps tremendously with digestion.

Stomach cramping
I really wanted to love this supplement, and I’m bummed it didn’t work for me. The first night I took the supplement, it caused some of the worst stomach pains and cramping I’ve ever had. I actually thought I may need to go to the ER, because I couldn’t stand up straight, it hurt so bad. Thankfully in the morning I was feeling better. I thought “maybe” it wasn’t the digest supplement and just a coincidence that I had stomach pains on the night I first took it. I thought I could try again, this time with 1/2 a dose. So, tonight I dumped out half of the capsule, put it back together, and took the half capsule. Unfortunately, the same pain & cramping started tonight, just not as severe. I think it’s because I only took half of a capsule. I do have MCAS & stomach issues and am sensitive to supplements. This seems like a wonderful company and I wish this supplement would’ve worked for me.
