I was having an issue with this waterer and contacted the seller. Within 1 day they replied and asks for pics. By the next day they were sending me a replacement. I can’t say enough good things about their customer service. I feel my issue was probably a fluke. I highly recommend purchasing this waterer. I love the product. And quite honestly I don’t think I’ve ever dealt with a company that had this quality of customer service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've been through two automatic water fountains, and this one was hands down, the winner. This unit is so easy to clean and the filtration system is tops. Our puppy LOVES this fountain, as do our two cats. The dog and the cats almost immediately figured out how to use it and thankfully, they all enjoy fresh flowing water. With a 7L bowl, I can go a day and a half before having to refill the bowl. The light inside the unit provides a soft glow that shows the water level, and the motor is SUPER quiet. I only hear the motor running when the water starts to get low. I cannot recommend this water fountain enough. This unit is of great quality, is durable enough to withstand a clumsy yet cute puppy and two mischievous cats, and is offered at a lower price-point than the one on TikTok and Instagram.

I had a plastic fountain waterer before this and it had a million pieces and took me 10 minutes to clean. Plus I always felt like it was still dirty because it was plastic. I actually put it in the dishwasher and that’s how we came to get this one bc it got warped.This one is stainless steel so super easy to clean and I also feel like it can be cleaned thoroughly. Two pieces so it’s super easy to take apart. It had handles to carry game changer and bc it doesn’t have a well on the top where the water pool I think it keep the water area a lot more clean bc there isn’t a lot of water to splash all over the floor. Lastly it’s quiet unless it’s running low on water.We have three large/ medium dogs and a cat and I have to fill it up every 3 days.

This water bowl was great for the first 2 weeks of using and then the pump stopped pumping water. Total loss. Very disappointing. And the filters were clean. I followed instructions to a T!

We bought this bowl because we needed a bowl for upstairs so no matter where our animals were, they'd have access to water. It's stainless steel and super easy to clean. We have plastic water bubblers for the downstairs and we are about to replace those with this because it's just that easy to assemble and clean. Our other bowls tend to get deep scratches in them and that collects hard water, mold, and other nasties that can make our pets sick. I wish the bowl was bigger so it can hold more water but for the money, it's a great value. It is also very quiet. Even when it's run out of water it doesn't make that grinding noise that a lot of the plastic ones make. There's a window in the front so you can tell the water level. We will be replacing all our bowls in the house with this very soon because our animals haven't gotten sick since they have been drinking out of it.

This product is easy to use and clean. You can take the filter apart and really clean it. I feel like it’s super easy to assemble and reassemble. It is very quiet and has a nice clean look. They will replace the filter if it does break and they will give you a free pack of filters if you email them.The only thing I would change is the depth of the “bowl.” It works great for my dogs up to 30 pounds. But my big 65 pound GSD/pit prefers his filtered water to be in a separate deep bowl. But with 3 dogs drinking from the fountain and the fourth Occasionally drinking from it, it does hold a lot of water. I change the water and rinse everything every 2 to 3 days. Once a week I deep clean. In the summer I feel like I change the filter every 6 days, whereas in the winter the filter does tend to last longer. All in all I do like it and would recommend!

Our old big bowl was heavy and difficult to pick up to clean and refill. This is amazingly light, LOVE the handles on the side. Easy to clean (hello dishwasher) and the kids are drinking more. The window and light inside to let us know the water level is extremely helpful and the kids (cats, dogs) never have a low water level again. It took a while for the blind cat to get his bearings with it but the rest of the kids took to it like a duck to water. Can I give it 10 stars, it's worth it.
