I used this to create a seasoning akin to Cool Ranch, it’s WAAAAAY better than that grated Parmesan cellulose crap you find cheap.Worked very well making some baked asparagus and planning on making some cheese sauce soon so very pleased with this

This is the BEST parmesan cheese I've ever had! So smooth & delicious. I use it in many ways.
I totally like- with no dislike. After struggling with the regular grated parmesan, I am SO relieved to find this powdered product, with no rocks & lumps in it I that have to spit out due to having no lower teeth. But even if I had lower teeth I would prefer this because of it's excellent & delicate flavor. I mostly use it on instant mashed potatoes. It's such a smooth & soothing comfort food!

Disappointed in flavor
This product lacks the flavor of parmasan cheese. I will not order this product again. disappointed in this product.

Tasty
I purchased this to help curb my craving for excessive amounts of cheeses. I have mixed this with milk or cottage cheese and it is very satisfying.
