I've been using my Vivaant manual food chopper regularly for onions, garlic, herbs, and salsa, and it's made prep so much faster. After a lot of use, one of the blades eventually broke. I reached out to Vivaant expecting a hassle, but they responded quickly and sent me a replacement blade completely free of charge. The chopper works like new again, and I'm genuinely impressed that the company stands behind its product even after heavy use. It's rare to find customer service this easy and generous these days. I love to cook and always get annoyed chopping certain vegetables such as a garlic. Since I use onion and garlic in most of the dishes, this has been a lifesaver. Clean up is easy and easy to use. A good replacement when you don't want to use the electric one

Works great. I’ve been repurchasing this for years at this point. It has been used daily, and I buy new just after the knifes get a bit dull. Which usually is like 18-24 months. My only complaint is the cleaning of the top part, where water might get trapped.

This is the 3rd small hand held chopper I have purchased - all 3 different - all three are good choppers. This is my favorite chopper now - because this one chops leafy greens perfectly, which neither of my other two can do. I ordered this one because it holds a bit more than most small non-electrics, at least more than my other 2 choppers. The little bit more makes a huge difference. It chops cabbage for slaw, crackers to crumbs, everything that I've ever tried to chop. This is not the easiest to clean but I like that its made in a way that allows me to pop it open and clean inside the top. I like it so much that I ordered a 2nd one.
