I'm not really sure what the other complaints would be about because for about $200 you can turn your office or spare room into a possible extra bedroom.The grass green is nice without being overwhelming. I personally would have liked it to be a little greener but it's really beautiful and it looks very durable.I'm going to scotch guard it, but why would anyone complain about this? It's easy to put together, probably takes about 10 minutes or less, and you can extend or retract it with one hand.Would I sleep on it everyday for the rest of my life? Definitely not but that's not what it's for. In our situation it will almost always be a chair in the office, but if anyone needs to stay over, that's where they're going to sleep.In the photos, the dog is 100 lbs and the man is 300 and both of them are very happy with the purchase. Will buy from this company again.

I just received the unit, so my review is not based on repeated use. That said, of all the units I found on amazon, this one had the sturdy metal hardware and a good ergonomic setup due to the pullout being on one side. It was easily assembled, and looks nice. I can see the upholstery is not the greatest quality, but it is decent for what this is. The color is true to the picture. The pilot holes for the wheels on the pullout were just for two screws, not all 4...but it seems reasonable. (It puts the wheels square, and the remaining screws were put in easily without pilot holes. So I don't know why folks complained about it in reviews.) Others have said the seat is hard, and I agree -- especially as a chair or chaise lounge. I could sleep on the unit, but am recycling a memory foam topper to be a pad for sleeping. Also, it is plenty long for 5'7" me. Overall, I honestly think this unit should hold up to occasional use. But I think anyone who has one needs to respect its limits. Don't flop on it, don't wrestle it around roughly or often, and respect the weight limit. If you do that, I think you'll be happy with it. But if you plan to use it like a futon and sleep on it nightly and fold it daily, I suspect it will have a limited lifespan. I will update this review if my usage reveals flaws or issues.

Great solution for occasional sleeping arrangements in small spaces. A little hard sleeping surface. Will add comforter under a sheet to help when used. Wheel screws would not go in all the way even with a drill much less the teeny tiny screwdriver included. Otherwise went together ok. Needs two people to help guide the side piece on, but doable. Appearance is nice.

Easy to assemble and great quality. Everyone here is super impressed with it. Easy to fold and pull out. Does not take up a lot of room. We will eventually be purchasing another one. Especially if I can get another special with free shipping.

I got the pink color. I was a little worried the heathering would be prominent but it looks like solid light pink unless you’re looking very closely.Assembly was easy, just had to screw in the extension’s wheels and put on the feet. Folding and unfolding is very easy.The cushioning is a little stiff; not sure if that will break in with time. I plan to use it more as extendable seating rather than as a sleeper.

This is for my mom who has been taking care of her parents. She wanted something quick and easy to rest on. Easy to assemble. It is just very very hard. If you get this you may want to get a foam top. Its not very comfortable to sit on.

This item was better than I could have expected. Well good quality and so easy to put together. Very small when not in use and most people don’t even know it’s a bed. So glad I purchased this.

Bought 2 units for an office in order to have additional bed space for 2 guess. 1.) The assembly was easy for me, someone with equipment, tools, and experience. However, I think the assembly would be a challenge to the average person; namely attaching the wheels with the tiny screwdriver they supply. The holes are not predrilled in a way that would make it easy. 2.) Very easy to operate, to transform into bed & elevating the 'headrest, etc'. 4.) 1 Star because they are Extremely uncomfortable; very little cushion between you and the wood platform; Not long enough for an adult 5' 9" or taller as a bed; hinge for the headrest is hard and very prominent when you lay on the unit; Every adult in my family who've sat on these ALL found them too uncomfortable for sitting for more than 10 or 15 minutes; seat back is too low and doesn't support an adult well unless sitting against a wall.So, in my opinion & experience, it's 'a great concept but poor execution'. We regret we didn't use them enough before the "Return" period expired.**I would say however, these would be fine for Children who are light weight and still not 'adult size'. (my 4 yr old granddaughter loves them.
