Property Management Kit For Dummies

Pointed out several errors that I had to learn about the hard way. I wish I had read this before buying my first property it would have saved me a lot of money. As it is I am applying things to help me stop loosing money I was not even aware I was loosing monthly. On the negative side very US oriented but only a minor annoyance .

Perfect... good book. Is no for a professional use but to start is the best.

This was more informative that I even expected. The CD contains many key documents that more than pays for the price of the book. The content is an easy read that covers many of the key points of property management. I am new to the property management game so everything I can learn is welcomed. I have one apartment I am renting so some of the materials regarding things like choosing a property manager is not appropriate in my case, but it is still good to learn about. Great job Mr. Griswold.

Great info for landlords. It doesn't matter if it's written for US - most principles still apply in Canada.

Great book, very informative. Hope to put the book to the test in the upcoming year. This is however, one of the better references we have found. We checked a bunch of books out of the library, and the prior version was the best book we found at the library after reading half a dozen or so. We bought this one to have the up to date forms and up to date information.
