Pure fish oil
I am fussy with what brand of fish oils I buy because, I would defeat the healthy purpose of taking fish oil if its loaded with toxins. Carlson is one of my favorites and it is more affordable than my other favorite (Nordic Naturals). This is a high dose which I need. It also comes in a nice, large bottle which is important to me.

Omega3 Amount per Pill and Price
Maximum Omrag3 from this brand. Excellent to keep cholesterol down and the pill's gelatin is beef-based instead of pork-based. This size saved me much more that the 90+30 available from the same brand.
