ROVSUN 11500 BTU Wifi Enabled Mini Split Air Conditioner & Heater, 17 SEER2 230V Inverter Ductless Wall AC Unit with Pre-Charged Condenser, Heat Pump & Installation Kit

Installation was routine, no surprises. The provided refrigeration lines and air handler held a vacuum well and the compressor was precharged. All HVAC require a shut off box in view of the unit, hence the reason a “power cord” is not included, but everything else is. Charging was $544. in VA. It requires a dedicated 20 amp and 12/2 wire, which I had installed for $594. Don’t think you can just plug this into a wall socket with 14/2 and 15 amp, as it will trip it. The good news is it’s powerful beyond its spec. I’ve used only heating thus far and it is surprising hot, especially on the “super” setting. The compressor is unusually quiet, they claim 29 decibels and I would agree. Software is sophisticated with a slow start, defrost programs and timer functions. It has wifi features which I haven’t tried, as I don’t need them. Inexpensive unit that works well.

First time buying this model for one of our buildings. Easy installation. Works best when you pull a vac. before opening valve to charge. Quiet operation and nice remote control. It is keeping 16 x 40 ft building at good temp. year around.

Saved on my energy bill already. Works fantastic and runs very quiet. Would recommend highly.

Ease of installation and shipped on time

Unit was easy to install, contacted seller for product support and have not gotten a response in over 2 weeks. The unit ran properly for 3 weeks, then stopped cooling entirely. I have completed every option for troubleshooting the problem, and nothing has changed. Very unhappy with this product, and lack of customer support. I will be pursuing a replacement/refund.

Took a chance and so far the unit is working great. Both the heating and cooling. The head arrived first and the next day the rest of the unit. I already own a Mr Cool unit and this is almost a copy of that. The only thing that made this unit seem cheaper is the plastic on the inside unit seemed a bit cheap. I did have to purchase a vacuum pump (150 bucks)that added to the price to install it but did not mind. There is a slight possibility I might purchase another one if this unit remains problem free. Also this unit is almost 3 times cheaper than the Mr Cool unit I purchased. This is a follow up review. As far as the unit working after almost 8 months of service no complaints but cleaning the blower have fun I didn't. I have keep the washable filters clean but I made a mistake of getting a flashlight and looking up into the inside units blower and wow it was black and caked on dust. The blower when clean is blue. I am not going to explain how to get up in there just look it up and watch some Youtube videos. I should of took pictures. My main problem is it should be a easy way to get to the blower and clean it and there isn't. Taking away one star. Also the MrCool unit I have has the same problem and was real bad after almost 2 years of service and almost no easy way to get to the blower.

11 month review. Works great, easy install. Only prob was they forgot to put in the stincle for the indoor unit. No big deal you can figure out where to cut and run your lines easily enough. System is used to heat and cool my converted attic. Works beautifully. Much better then the window unit we had and a lot quieter. Would deff buy again.
