These capsules the easiest to swallow and provide you with enough creatine for the day, I struggle with drinking creatine powder as it doesn't mix too well with water, so these capsules are great, and they don't taste of anything, great supply for the price.

Rubbish non-existent customer service from the company. I filled in enquiry form on their website over a week an go and they haven’t got back to me. I asked if I could have a refund due to the supplement making me unwell after one dosage. This creatine gave me bloating, stomach cramps, badly affected my IBS and nasty calf and foot cramps. Do not buy!!!

These are large capsules containing 750mg of creatine each, costing about £0.04/capsule with a 4 capsule serving size, or a daily cost of £0.16.That's amazing value compared to some other brands I've used in the past that cost several times that much.Creatine is great if you're working out, as it increases cellular supplies of ATP which provides energy to muscles. It also increases water retention in muscle, which makes you look more muscular.Over the last few weeks I've put on about 4lb of weight, most of which will be the increased water weight from the creatine, and I look a decent bit more impressive in the mirror.The capsules themselves seem to be put together well and don't come apart easily. They have no taste and there's no powder on the outside of capsules, so they're easily to swallow with a glass of water.For the price of £8 for 180, these are an absolute steal and amazing value!

These creatine capsules are easy to take as part of a pre or post-workout routine. The dosage guidance could be a bit better IMO - the standard guidance is 5g per day so the 4 capsules recommended on the packet would come up short (by my calculations, 6 are required). The packaging is decent, and the capsules are small enough to swallow easily. All in all these are perfectly fine if you take your creatine in capsule form.
