The little girl who received this loved it so much! She’s a bit of a chunk and four years old, and it fit her perfectly. The wings folded out beautifully and went on easily, staying in place without a problem as she ran up and down the hallway being a fairy. I was afraid she wouldn’t like the face mask because little girls can be finicky, but she loved it most of all! She wore it around even when she didn’t have the rest of the outfit on. I was very happy with how it was received and how well it stood up to her playing. It hasn’t been washed yet but it’s supposed to wash well if you do it carefully. It seems like it would hold up to that. I think she is going to enjoy this for several years, and honestly, once she outgrows it in the waistline I can easily sew across the waistband on either side of a seam and cut it open, adding a strip of fabric with Velcro on either end to let her wear it even more years. A fun choice!

Our 5 year old loves this outfit. The skirt is comfortable with an elastic waist with good stretch. The fabric is multilayered, soft and very colorful. She really likes the silky, colorful wings. The elastic over the shoulders is a bit large but we just had to put a knot in to tighten them up a bit. It is a bonus for us that you control the wings with wrist elastic bands instead of stationary wings with wires as she isn't bumping into things with them. She loves stretching out her arms to "fly" around with the silky wings. The added pieces of the felt mask and antenna headband are OK and fit decently but the felt on the mask is just a little bit scratchy so she chooses not to wear it. The tutu and wings are enough for her. All in all, this is a great little outfit.

This is such a cute set, but the accessories aren’t super high quality, especially for the moderate price point. Within minutes of opening, the headband snapped. It was really disappointing. The wings and tutu seem to be holding up okay. The felt eyewear is flimsy. I think there are better quality sets out there in this price range, but it’s not terrible. We are enjoying it despite not having the antennae.

This monarch butterfly dress up costume is super cute and fits my granddaughter perfectly! I love the brightness in the wings, tutu and mask. My granddaughter wore this with black tights and a black leotard, and just looked adorable. This costume is holding up pretty well, and the biggest problem we've had is the kids fighting over who gets to wear it as even the boys love it. This dress-up costume is perfect for kids to wear outside or for dress up events. We are really enjoying this.

My daughter is having so much fun playing with this dress up set! She is a size 4T and the small is just a bit big on her. This is good news, because she’ll be able to play with it for years to come.The wings are really lovely and silky feeling. We tied the elastic straps up a bit to help them fit her. The tutu is colorful and poofy, every preschooler’s dream. She’s wearing it pretty much nonstop to be a butterfly, ballerina, ‘rainbow girl’ and whatever else her imagination comes up with. The antennae and mask haven’t gotten as much use but that’s more to do with her age and not liking things in her hair/on her face. They did have some little strings from a hot glue gun or whatever adhesive they used but they were very easy to remove.

I took a chance on ordering this as I have not had the best luck with all together type costume items. However? Delighted in all this held, from the green mask (as shown in attached pictures, model not included) to the previous little headband (model not included), but the wings and the skirt? Wow, vivid and exceptional colors like I would pick out separately & quality like most all together type costumes are not known for! The wings are amazing, soft and brilliant, sized to really fit over the entire back to the wrist on the little ones! The skirt is true tutu with elastic band and just as outstanding in the color bands as everything else within this costume! I am beyond pleased and I know the tiny one will be overjoyed! Sorry, model not included.

My little 2-year old granddaughter love love loves this. She has been pretending to be a butterfly lately, so I got her this little dress up set and she was speechless when she saw herself in the mirror. The tu-tu part is pretty and fluffy and easily goes on and off. The wings are cute, but they are only brightly colored on one side, and judging by how the elastics are attached, that side is the back side. I feel like the bright colored part should be to the front so the little butterflies can see it if they are looking in the mirror. It's not that difficult to pull the elastics through so she can wear it backwards, so it still works fine. The little antennas are cute, but she did accidentally step on it the first day and the plastic band snapped instantly. I had a more substantial band on hand so I just hot glued the antennas to that instead. She was afraid of the mask, but it does look cute. We have loved adding it to the basket of play clothes at grandma's house!

My 6 "1/2" y.o. granddaughter squealed with delight when she saw the package with the Dress Up America Butterfly Wings Costume for Girls! Once out of the package, she grabbed for the skirt. "This is sooo cute!" And once she got the wings on she had to "fly" around the room. "I'm so going to wear this as my Halloween costume this year"! She wore the costume for quite a while and had to show everyone!. The wings have loops on the ends to put your hands in and spread them out. The mask and antenna complete the outfit. The bright colors on the wings really stand out. Fit and finish are good. She loves it!
