Pros: The watch is more beautiful than displayed on site (and my photos). The micro bumps on the watch face stand out. The raised white hour numbers at 12, 3, 9 and six on the dial contrast beautifully with the black hour markers on the white silver-toned face of the watch. As was said by a previous reviewer, it is a classy, professional and sporty timepiece. For daily business wear, it's excellent for dress down days or a suit. It also accents nicely with your favorite tee-shirt and jeans. The hour hands are luminous and the second hits every minute precisely. I love the silicone strap. It is lightweight, easy to put on, and accents the watch perfectly. Overall it is an eye-catcher.Cons: The date is small - too small. I'm surprised that in looking at the design of the watch that they did not flag the flaw. The small size makes the utility of the date useless except for those with perfect vision. That's why I rated it four stars.All that said, it's a watch I'll often wear and am happy to add to my collection.

I love this watch. I have had it for a year and wear it almost daily. It is handsome, comfortable and extremely accurate. I really appreciate that it is solar powered. I charged it once when it arrived by leaving it in the sun for 24 hours and I will never have to worry about it again. One charge will last six months if you put the watch in a drawer. If you wear it or leave it somewhere with ambient light you never have to do anything else and it will keep perfect time. No worries about batteries or manual winding or self-winding watch’s that stop if not worn for 48 hours. My only complaint is that it does not have a perpetual time feature so that on months with 30 days you have to correct the calendar date function. That is a small matter and does not detract from my wholehearted recommendation.

Watch is what I was expecting from Citizen except that the "Date" is too small to read.
