Loved the balm - very soft and hydrating. Helped with redness. I noticed some breakouts, and the owner reached out and gave tips. I needed to be double cleansing. Def give it a try!

The cleansing balm smells amazing. I use it before the shower as a pre-cleanser. It is very hydrating and removes all of the dirt buildup from the day.

I absolutely love this cleansing balm, it is for sure my skincare holy grail product. I've never had acne terrible enough to go on medication, but I do struggle with pimples mostly around my jawline and chin and sometimes on my forehead. I still get some pimples, but this product has helped so much. My pores feel less clogged and look smaller, my skin has a glow to it, and my pimple scars are fading. It is very helpful when doing my gua sha routine and the slip it creates on my face is perfect for dermaplaning. It also smells divine! I use a dime sized amount twice a day and it lasts me around 8 weeks--well worth it for the money!

I do love this cleanser but there have been some packaging issues this year. More than once I have ordered from Amazon and received the product with the seal damaged, and therefore product had leaked out of the container into the box and Amazon envelope. It’s not super cheap so if I’ve lost any product due to packaging, that’s not ideal. If this company could do a quality check of their packaging that would be great.

I have been using this balm for a few weeks now and really enjoy it! It’s very smooth and the scent is nice and mild. It left my skin soft and clean. The balm has notes of orange and vanilla. Kind of reminds me of an orange dreamsicle! I have also tried using it for gua sha, and it works well for this. I’m not a regular gua sha practicer, but I did enjoy using this. It helped the tool glide over my skin. The container is a little small, but a little of this balm goes a long way! If you’re using this as your first step in your double cleanse, pairing it with another cleanser for your second step, it should last a while. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

I was so excited to see this product back in stock! Annoyed they raised the price but decided to deal with it as it smells so good and removes my makeup great! I received my new order only to find it to be completely changed! I thought I received a fake counterfeit! The container is different, the product no longer smells like orange starburst. It now smells very faint of vanilla maybe? And the texture is way thicker. So disappointing 😩

It’s super smooth and doesn’t have a super strong scent! I’ve found it works best with skin that isn’t super wet. So dampen face and then let it dry like 90% and then apply the balm. It’s been helpful in helping repair my skin barrier and has been helping me get rid of blackheads! I do feel like I need to use more to remove mascara and really get a clean face I gotta use more than I wish I had to. Cause the container is so small. But I still really like it! Maybe 4.5 stars just for that reason. Also- if you see the “38% sale” Amazon says they’re running. They’re lying lol. You can get this from Boho’s website for $25. So don’t feel pressed to purchase from here. Hate that. 😀

Product was nothing like expected. Product was not thick like a balm it was milky, not thick at all and gritty. Left my skin dewy but really irritated. Had the smell of tallow not orange or vanilla like described. Product seal was not properly attached and oil absorbed look. I will stick to my living libations seabuckhorn oil
