A very good manual to support this form. The first chapter on hand,wrist ,elbow and shoulder is an excellent introduction just in itself.

Classic Frantzis, only him manages to make Chinese mind comprehensible to westerners, better that other great books on the subject, because of that.

Brilliant highly recommended. I'm biased as I teach this but nevertheless I recommend it. Do get instruction in it though if you can.
