I have been searching off and on for a couple of years for some kind of healthy natural appetite suppressant. Tried a couple of very expensive OTC diet pills recently out of desperation and one did work but made me anxious and then VERY depressed so had to quit taking them. I knew I was going to gain the few pounds that I lost soon so went on another hunt and saw an article with Kelly Clarkson. Even though it was a different brand, seeing it was a REAL person that daring to leave their real name and experience out there on the Internet that gave me some hope and trust so bought these. It took a couple of days to notice anything but my appetite is almost cut in half. Of course it takes a little work on your part. But I can now just chug down a glass of water or two and be full for hours. Maybe an energy drink a little late. And intermittent fasting is WAY easier and I've lost at least 5-6 pounds now in the past few weeks without starving myself and without any side effects and especially any worries about putting some odd substance into my body/. LOVE these things!!

On day 3 of using these I experienced extreme tooth sensitivity making it difficult to eat anything. Looked up if my new ACV gummies could be why and yep. Vinegar in gummies is associated with severe and rapid tooth decay. It is probably a bad idea to chew these folks. I do think they assist in curbing cravings, but I’ll be swallowing the rest and buying regular pills in the future. I do not believe vinegar in gummy form should be sold at all.

Great tasting product. Controls my hunger so well that I forget to eat sometimes. I found that I have more energy and have started to lose weight. I've only just started taking it, but if it continues to help me lose weight at the rate it's doing now, then it definitely works well.

I did get these for free, so I don't know if this is considered a 'paid' review. But I will give you an honest review. They taste great! I am not sure how much ACV is actually in these. I cannot taste it at all. I know it's in there though, because my daughter accidentally ate about 10 of them and she threw up an hour or so later. Whatever they did to them makes them taste pretty good. I hope it's not a lot of sugar.

They taste great. Nothing like vinegar! But I don't feel they work for weight loss. I've only used it for 4 full days but I feel no difference in appetite and my weight still the same! I even gained a pound smh. I don't want to risk it and gain more weight so I'm trying a different brand before I call it quits with the ACV approach..
