Good option for old grip shift that doesn’t work
Easy to install. Plenty of cable to meet most applications. Save your old cable covers to reuse.

Broke during installation
You know what I'll just buy a new bike. I don't think I put that much pressure on them but they broke during installation quite a disappointing day.

Inexpensive replacement
Yes this is an inexpensive replacement for the existing shifters on a cheap Roadmaster bike. But it saved it from the scrap heap. Loved the ends of the cables had a welded tip to allow easy insertion thru all the existing hardware.

Bait & switch.. made to LOOK like Shimano. Deceptive.
Bait & switch. NOT Shimano parts.. made to look like them. Cheaply made..

Not as advertised
Product description was for a 3x6 , it was actually a 3x7 , so while it does shift the calibration is off and skips a gear

Front derailleur shifter does not stay in gear
The front (left side) shifter is not able to stay in the middle or large chain ring position. You make the gear change and it slips back down as soon as you take your hand pressure off the shifter. The rear or right side has the same issue but not as pronounced. It slips out of gear as you move from top to bottom of the rear gears. So you can easily stay in the lowest gears but not the middle or highest gears. For these gears you need to hold the handlebar grip shifter in place or it slips down you while you are riding.
