I’ve been extremely happy with this mini split. It cools quickly, runs quietly, and the WiFi feature makes it convenient to control from my phone. Installation went smoothly, and the system has been reliable and energy efficient. Excellent value compared to much more expensive brands. Has Super function and keeps my great room super cool during Texas summers.

I bought this mini split for my Park model in Yuma AZ. Not only does this mini split keep my Park model cool throughout the very hot days in Arizona, it also keeps it warm during the winter time. I am very pleased with this item. It was easy to install, and the operation is quiet.

Seller answered my questions very quickly. FedEx had an issue that caused a day delay. Everything was delivered and I installed mini split. I installed the mini split and I purchased 2 stage 3 cfm vacuum pump from harbor freight so that I could clear out the copper lines. It took about 20 minutes to pull vacuum down close to zero. Then, turned knobs and allowed refrigerant to flow. Turned on mini split and set temp to 65 degrees. Within no time, the 10x20 insulated shed was cold. It was 95 degrees outside and 100% humidity. This is my second rovsun mini split. Very pleased.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to warn other buyers about my experience. I purchased this mini split system, had it professionally installed, and discovered that the condenser was defective. The seller sent me a replacement, but unbelievably, the second condenser was also defective. After paying to have the first unit installed, diagnosed, removed, and the replacement installed, I ended up with two non-working units. Because these are not plug-and-play appliances, every installation and service visit requires a licensed HVAC technician. In my case, I spent approximately $1,400 in installation, diagnostic, and labor costs because of the defective equipment. While the purchase price of the unit was eventually refunded, I was left covering all of the labor expenses caused by receiving two faulty products. The seller refunded the product itself, but that does not make up for the significant financial loss, wasted time, scheduling multiple technician visits, or the frustration of being without a working system. If you are considering purchasing this unit, keep in mind that if you receive a defective system, you may still be responsible for substantial installation and labor costs. My experience with two consecutive defective condensers has completely eroded my confidence in this product. I sincerely hope the manufacturer improves its quality control so other customers don’t have to go through the same expensive and frustrating experience.

This AC unit works well, keeps the room cool and comfortable. I’ll test the heating function when the weather gets colder. I was impressed with how quiet it is both inside and outside the house. Easy to install but specialized equipment is required such as an air compressor with vacuum capabilities and gauges. I installed the units myself but because I didn’t have the equipment needed, called a professional for the connection between the two units. I’m very happy with the purchase and am considering purchasing another unit for the garage.

Good cheap mini split. Just installed so we will see how reliable it is as time comes but works with a 20 AMP circuit where I wired a plug to a outlet vice a standard disconnect which saved a ton on time on install so consider this if you have an outlet on a separate 20 amp breaker near by you can sacrifice to run. Beyond that, initially am very impressed at how quiet the unit is and how much cooling it puts out compared to my previous stand up portable AC unit. 5 stars for now but reliability will be key question. If it lasts for 3 years I will be very happy

Overall happy with purchase, really enjoy the wifi app feature. Holding back 2 stars due to 1. Temp needs calibration, if I set heat to 80°f unit will level out heating around 72-73°, not sure how to fix or if it's calibratable. Instructions could be better, but not bad for Chinese translation. Unit arrived in 2 boxes on separate days and was well packaged. If I can fix the thermostat issue I'll add another star. This was my first minisplit install and even though it was a little nerve wracking considering 1 mistake could cost me hundreds of dollars, I'm happy with the install. Watch install videos, get vacuum pump kit and double check your connections. Good luck 👍

Installation was routine, no surprises. The provided refrigeration lines and air handler held a vacuum well and the compressor was precharged. All HVAC require a shut off box in view of the unit, hence the reason a “power cord” is not included, but everything else is. Charging was $544. in VA. It requires a dedicated 20 amp and 12/2 wire, which I had installed for $594. Don’t think you can just plug this into a wall socket with 14/2 and 15 amp, as it will trip it. The good news is it’s powerful beyond its spec. I’ve used only heating thus far and it is surprising hot, especially on the “super” setting. The compressor is unusually quiet, they claim 29 decibels and I would agree. Software is sophisticated with a slow start, defrost programs and timer functions. It has wifi features which I haven’t tried, as I don’t need them. Inexpensive unit that works well.
