A good bread maker that makes.... bread!
Works very well and pretty easy to use. Not very loud except maybe the tray that opens can be a bit alarming the first time you hear it. Made over 25 loafs so far and have come out tasting great. Cleaning is easy, I just hand wash and make sure no metal touches it inside. Did have an issue with coating in one spot. Neretva took care of it and got me a new pan.

Definitely 10/10 bread machine
This is everything I was hoping it would be when I looked at the price tag. It looks nice, it’s built well, it runs quiet, the lid opens wide, the pan lays sideways for a full loaf, 2 beaters does make a difference, the pan pops out for easy cleaning, but most importantly the bread comes out perfectly. I made two 3.3lb loaves on day one, one white and one breakfast. No funny noises or vibrations. The double heater element cooks the bread throughout. The touch screen is easy to use and the book gives simple step by step instructions as well as recipes, measurements and conversions.

So far the best bread maker I've owned
I upgraded from an older 2lb loaf maker to this 3.3lb maker. I find that making a 2.5 lb loaf in this maker is perfect. The mixing padels are thinner and don't cause much damage. The load pulls out nicely. The time delay on this unit is great, you set what time you want it "done" and it calculates the time. I like to have my bread finish as I wake up. The automatic dispenser works well. It's quiet and evenly baked bread every time. Would totally recommend this maker. The screen has a lock feature and a power outage process saver up to 5ish minutes, it'll remember where it left off. Came with an oven mit and manual with receipts. The double wall viewing allows you see the loaf at any stage.

Easy to use & makes good bread
I first bought the smaller Neretva bread maker and then exchanged for the larger size because I wanted to make larger loaves. It's been almost a year, and I use this every couple weeks. I especially like that I can set it up at night, delay the start, and have fresh, hot bread ready for breakfast. I have experience making bread by hand and also make sourdough, and although I love the quality of good hand-made bread as a working mom it's hard to find time to make bread every week (or, realistically, several times a week to keep up with my family's bread-eating habits)! So I really wanted to have a faster, more hands-off option. PROS -easy to use once you read through the instructions and follow the recipes carefully -quiet - I run it overnight and it doesn't wake anyone up -very consistent quality -lots of recipes included in the instruction book CONS -recipes call for (what seems to me) to be a lot of sugar; when I've experimented with less sugar, the loaves don't turn out very well -all the recipes make very dense bread - good for toast but a little too much bread for sandwiches Overall I would buy this again, especially if you want to be able to set it up and come home or wake up to fresh bread and don't mind a denser loaf.

I Do Not Recommend This Machine. Junk.
I am really disappointed in this machine. First of all, there is a huge dent in the lower side, corner and front panel on the left side. It was a known issue in the factory, but they sent it out to unwitting customers anyway. Boxes and packaging was not damaged, so I was really upset that I purchased a brand new machine that arrived in such poor condition. And of course, I hadn't opened the box until the short window for returns of damaged goods was over (only 30 days!) So, I'm stuck with this clunker. Besides the damage to the outside, there are other issues that make this a really bad purchase. The nut/fruit "automatic" dispenser doesn't work well at all. Sure, it dispenses the additions in the last mixing stage, but the dough does not mix the seeds/nuts/fruit in , everything falls to the bottom and sides of the pan. You actually need to pause the mixing process (my pause button does not work) and mix it in by hand, then put it back in the machine and resume the process. and the dang "buttons" are not intuitive at all. I have to keep looking at the instruction book to know what the "buttons" are for, because there is no text to tell you, only a stupid symbol that has nothing to do with the bread making process. For instance, instead of placing the words "Crust Color", "Loaf Size", "Type of Bread", there is no text at all next to the button. Sigh, I really miss my early 90's Hamilton Beach Bread Machine. I wore it out, but wanted the long loaf size, not a square loaf shape and there is not many machines out there that have that. In addition to the above issues, the outside of the machine gets VERY HOT!! The bread pan is really hard to press down into the machine, and really hard to get out. It shouldn't be that hard. I made the 3 different sizes, and if you don't make the largest loaf size, you don't get a nicely shaped loaf. The smaller loaf size doesn't fill the bread pan, so you get sort of an egg shaped loaf, larger at on end and tapering down, only about 2/3 of the pan had the loaf touching the sides. The medium sized loaf will rise to fill the pan, but the top isn't very smooth. So, I'd recommend that if you want to use this machine, you'll need to remove the dough when it beeps after the last mixing stage, shape it into an actual loaf shape, then put it back in the machine to rise and bake. If mixing in nuts, seeds or fruit, I'd suggest mixing it in by hand instead of letting the machine make a mess out of it, or put it in the dough at the beginning with all of your other ingredients. The bread tastes good, I made a basic white, a whole wheat with nuts and seeds, and a white bread with Asiago Cheese and Roasted Garlic. All yummy, but ugly loaves except for the basic white bread.

Runs quiet
Great bread maker. Runs quiet and the two paddles does make a difference. Purchased different brand with one paddle and its verry loud.

Good machine, bad recipes
The bread maker is quieter than our old KBS was, kneads the dough well. I am pleased with the machine but be very cautious about using their recipes- they are totally inaccurate in measurements- example, French bread recipe 3 lb calls for 1 1/4 tablespoons of salt. The water measurement must be off also as the dough was more like pancake batter. So far we are 3 and 0 on bread turning out.

Works quite well, I've made a few loaves so far and they all turned out perfectly. I had to replace my old Zojirushi BB-PAC20 because I could no longer find reasonably priced paddles for it. The paddles on this one seem fairly generic which is good, they also have the key slot go all the way up the shaft so it should be much much harder for them to shear off. Also a bonus. Compared to my old bread maker it is much quieter. So far I like the automatic ingredient dispenser too.

So far, it’s been a great bread maker. I use it twice a week and appreciate the two paddles. Customer Service is also very responsive and friendly.

This is generally a reliable and effective bread maker, there are a few issues with it but it makes good bread if I follow the method I used for a bread maker I used to have. Cons: I am only giving it 4 stars because the directions for it are pretty useless. Ingredients for a bread maker have to be added very carefully in the correct way or it won’t work. There aren’t any instructions for this or recipes for this machine. That was really frustrating. I will put the instructions that I found worked at the end of this in case anyone else is struggling. The other issue is that connecting the gears under the machine with the cooking pan is often a pain in the butt. It isn’t impossible to fix but it’s my least favourite part of my the bread machine maker process. No instructions (yes, again!) switching between the different baking cycles, setting the timer, all of it seems to depend on how many times a single button is pressed. The seller was really helpful when contacted for assistance tho! Pros: It’s pretty intuitive to use. Ingredients go in, bread comes out. If I make a smaller loaf or a larger loaf, it bakes it evenly and browns it a beautiful brown. -so far, the bread has come out of the pan without any problems! The paddles get stuck in the loaf but they don’t do as much damage as my former bread machine did. -the loaves are really gorgeous 🥰 they can be quite large if I use the big recipes and they make huge sandwiches 🥪! Or I can make smaller loaves and make similar size sandwiches, toast etc to a regular sized loaf 🍞 makes. -the bread is easy to cut! I’ve made quite a few different recipes at this point and the loaves have all been so easy to cut! I have an excellent bread knife which deserves some of the credit, I suggest if you’re looking at this in a serious way that a good knife and cutting board be in your kitchen. I have always been someone who makes their own bread, I have never really liked bread machines. The bread that is produced from a machine is a lot different from bread made by ‘hand’. It’s kneaded a lot more and the way it rises and feels is less fluffy than my bread. I think this is why it’s easier to make sandwiches and cut slices out of. I can definitely recommend this bread maker. It’s got a strong motor and it works very well. I don’t know if it will be working a year from now but for now, it’s a really good machine. I use it regularly for all my bread and experiment with a lot of recipes. It’s a lot of fun! It’s easy to make brown bread and bread with apples sauce or things like wheat berries, grated carrots etc. I manage to get a lot of extra fruit, veggies and fibre thanks to this machine. I have found the best method for success is to put the flour and dry ingredients in a mound in the centre of the pan. The wet ingredients should go in a little moat around the dry ingredients. Don’t mix them together, the dry ingredients should look like a little mountain. Put a crater in the top of the mountain, this is very important! Put your sugar and yeast in this crater, you can also put a small amount of activating liquid in the crater (I’ve included a picture where I have used room temperature apple sauce). This is especially helpful if you’re using traditional yeast (which I’ve found to be more reliable than bread machine yeast). Then set it firmly in the machine and start it up! It’s a bit loud and rough at first but it’s not too bad for noise level. It turns on and off which can be startling but it has to make some noise to be effective so I’m not really upset about that. I’ve included a video, you can decide for yourself regarding noise levels etc! It’s a beautiful looking appliance, it takes up a bit of space and if you don’t use it a lot I doubt it will live on your counter the way mine does. I really really like my machine, I wish it had better directions and some recipes so i could give it five stars. The seller is very helpful and I really appreciate their responsiveness! A cookbook or something to explain how the buttons work written out would give it 5 stars. Performance is the best i could imagine in a bread maker and I’m very picky about my bread!

I love it, please ignore bad reviews as probably they do not know how to use it or they do not follow the recipe properly. I made 9 loafs of bread and a few types so far, they all came out beautifully like these two in the photos Enjoy it.

Do not buy this machine. I bought this one in October of 2025 and have been back and forth with Neretva constantly. The machine grinds steel fragments and grease from under the pan and then somehow comes through the paddles and is all over bread. I have sent a lot of pictures but was told I didn’t clean it after each use and that the flour produces black grease??? ( I do wash it constantly) but the grinding grinds with every loaf but not always at the same time. Neretva will do nothing. BUYER BEWARE !!!!
