Fortunately, it turned out to be the latter!Although the colours are bright, the blending looks very pleasing to the eye and the glitter fabric has very small dots of glitter so it just makes an overall shining effect. The bag is smooth to touch.The edges are well finished and the frame is all metal, polished and soft and with nice edges.The clasp works well and the lining is also well fitted.It is a roomy handbag, deceptive to its looks.The best part is that it comes with two chain straps to swap as required: a short, hand one and a long shoulder one.It is a versatile bag which will go well with many different outfits and colours and can be dressed up or down. Considering this and it's quality, I think that the current price of £22.98 is about right.
