La verdad para bajar de peso no sirve ! Pero tiene un buen sabor y ya no le echo azúcar como al regular café que le echaba bastante , lo recomiendo si quieres dejar de tomar mucha azúcar , al principio te costará tomarlo porque entra idas no sabe a café , pero está rico
