I can't eat coconut. It's not bad enough that I worry about cross contamination, but it's definitely a problem to eat it. I got these, but as I've learned the ingredient lists are very often outdated or incomplete on Amazon. Instead of olive oil the box I got used coconut oil/MCT oil as the binder. I had to give it away.In general though, Iberogast is a great product, my gastro dr recommended it so I tried it and the results are so good. I use the drops and while the flavor is strong it's not horrible. I gave my friend the gel caps and she loves them. If you hate mint or licorice the gel caps are great, you can't taste them and it does not come back up on you like some stuff.

Iberogast works for dyspepsia and may also be at least partially effective for gastroparesis. However, the gel caps are physically problematic. They are squishy and difficult to remove from the blister pack. They also have an off-chochately taste. The manufacturer seemed unconcerned with this, unfortunately.
