Tie your rope to spear good
Size and power shot a sheaphead at about 5ft away and had a hell of a time of getting the spear out of the dam fish went right threw him

I have wanted a speargun for many years, but cost was always a factor. This will serve my needs without breaking the bank

Is a Toy
This spear gun its a joke. I went spear fishing and got the first three shots straight after that it loosed spring power and the spear went 2 feet straight and the curve with no power at all. Fish got off the point really easy. I used to shot octopus from a 12 inch distance and they got off easily. It light weight and feels comfortable but not trust worthy.

Ok speargun for beginners
You get what you pay for. Cheapest speargun on the market. Durability is low. Prongs tend to bend easily or get misaligned after two shots. Does not go far once submerged under water. Storage clip broke upon opening. Only usage would be for beginners and close range hunting. String is too short and easily gets knotted, gets in the way.

Sharp tip! Spring kicked quickly
I am in my 40’s and this was very lightweight to carry and very easy to spring load back. I am not sure how long it would have held up, my clip for it broke on a dive. I will buy another one to try.Only issue I saw was the plastic protector was not thick, the tip did go through the protection, there is not a hole to clip it on, this can be solved yourself.

I'm a beginner and was able to catch a few fish. This item works well.

Easy, compact and deadly
Use it for lionfish after trying pole spears and other contraptions. This gun is easy to carry and simple to use. My 12 and 13 year old kids use it, too. While I find that with other contraptions some lionfish get away I have no misses with this and don't lose any fish. Tips can easily be replaced. I don't use the supplied cord for the shaft when hunting lionfish.
