Insufficient Instructions, Poor Fit
The instructions are not very detailed or helpful. Do NOT stick the cups directly to your skin without the nipple shields on first. “F” cup is not very accurate. If you want your girls pinched up tight together maybe you’d be ok with this, but I can’t wear it at all. There is not enough coverage for an F cup and no way to spread them further apart.

Bought these for my vacation, and they worked so well! It was really hot so I was nervous that they wouldn’t stay, but they stuck great and stayed all night. I actually used them about 3 times during my trip before I even needed to reset the stickiness.I’m normally a size D-DD and I bought a size F and they fit well
