Sportspower Spring Breeze Me and My Toddler Swing Set, Green

I love how big it is and that it has a place for kids of all ages to play with. However the instructions weren't that great and there was no way to attach the slide to the swing set like the instructions said it should.

Missing parts, box was torn on both ends, hard to assemble because holes don’t line up. Also it was even delivered to the wrong house

The actual item arrived on time. I didn't personal put this item together my boyfriend and his friend did. But from watching the installation it went very smoothly the instructions were very easy to follow, it came with all the necessary pieces and tools that were required and needed. My kids are having a ball on the playset. Thank you!

Missing several parts upon delivery. Contacted the manufacturer, per the instructions. We were told the replacement items would arrive within 5 business days but I had to send a SECOND email requesting them. It was hard to assemble because the bolts and holes don’t line up properly, plus the tools were total junk. It was super rickety, even after purchasing TWO sets of anchors. This was a total waste of time and money but who wants to take it all apart and send it back for a refund? Very disappointing.

Once we put it together it was small. My 7 year old cannot use it for it tipping and pulling on the tie downs. Was not very tall.

The safety straps for the child's swing were dry rotted and just fell apart

I really like the way the kids like to play on it, I was disappointed at the monkey bar, it is so high they can't sit on it and those who know what I'm talking about you can't skin a cat (they probably call it something else now) cause it's to close to the top. I think they will enjoy this till they are to old to play on it.

All parts accounted for.Looks great and kids love it.
