They leak.
You have to use two cups because they leak, a lot. Also they do not do well with hot drinks.

Still have not received.
I love the product, we use them regularly for coffeee at work. Out only issue arose in delivery time. Our delivery driver kept coming after hours when no one is available. The delivery time is Monday through Friday, 4AM to 2PM. Aside from the delivery issue the product we have never had any issue and will continue to reorder when we need to restock.
