I highly recommend these drops to anyone!!!!! My son had a fever for 3 days up to 104.0. Nothing was physically wrong with him, so we had to wait for test results. Tylenol wasn't really working because it took too long to kick in and didn't last more than 3 hours. My poor baby was in pain. He couldn't sleep. My husband bought the drops by accident. I said, okay we will try then. Amazing! I gave him his night time bottle and by the time he finished it. His temp was down!!! I said, wow that was fast. He slept through the night till 3 am and woke up with the same fever. So the drops lasted about 7 - 8 hours vs Tylenol that is only effective 3 to 4 hous. I gave him his last dose at 3 am and it is 8 am and still no fever. Still waiting on test results for what is wrong with him, but meanwhile this is suitable. He is himself again and playing with these drops until it wears off. These are for 6 month+ babies. I will stop buying Tylenol and use these. The drops are more concentrated than the Motrin medicine, which requires much more dose than the drops ( because they are more concentrated)

Great stuff. Bottle is small but should last a bit.
