Great but needs updating
The gunship helicopter was invented in the Vietnam War and the best version was the Huey Cobra. In 1977 the Apache program started with the AH-64, the "AH" standing for "attack helicopter". The highlight of this book is the state of the art technology that went into the Apache. The cutaway drawing is the AH-84A with 166 notations. In the beginning the high cost and reliability of the Apache made it controversial. This book was published in 1991 and does not cover the Apache Longbow versions AH-84D and E. This book has 45 pages, about 40% photographs and drawings.
