I hate to leave a bad review but in less than a month this product is broken. First the tassles started coming out. Next, the android charger cord fell out. I have an android phone so it was useless other than being a zipper/tassle on my backpack. Finally the whole thing fell off completely due to the ring coming open and causing the tassle to slide off the zipper (not the first time this happened either...I was just lucky enough to find it the previous times). The only 2 things good about this product were 1) it was really cute and looked just like the picture, 2) shipping was quick.

I couldn't get this product to work. I'll try again later but I got frustrated and never went back to it. I love the concept but the product doesn't seem to work properly. I'll update this review if i can manage to figure it out.
