I have a smallholding and regularly drop my phone - but had dropped the last large phone once too many. It died. So I researched something smaller and less likely to weigh down my pocket and get dropped - and it needed to use my own SIM and be unlocked. In with the Doogee Smini. It's just great! I must admit that I hate new tech but it's not been too bad to get used to and works well - I have small fingers which are probably helpful with the small icons although these can be adjusted. The battery life isn't as long as I'd hoped and it will need charging daily. There's a clever backlit 'summary' of the date, temperature, battery life and time on the back!Time will tell if it lasts but so far, I'm very pleased.

The phone had too many bug and maybe software issues. so I had to keep sending it back. but to actually use the phone it was a pleasure the size and durability was amazing if the phone was a little bit wider it would be perfect for my needs. battery is average but charging is fast great durability. water could get into the speaker though muffling the sound for ever. actually interacting and using the phone was a pleasurable experience and I hope they bring out a mini 2

Full of bugs, back ckreen doesn't refresh even clock got me late.Battery bearly lasts 12 hours, with sat nav about 4 hours. Charger cap fell off first week so no longer waterproof. Screen not calibrated so can't use qwerty keyboard properly.Also I have started using it late after purchasing,so can't return and now I'm stuck with it so I'll just use my old ulephone instead...

After quitting all social media I soon realised I don't actually need a huge phone with a huge screen anymore that cracks the first time it gets dropped. The little doogee is such a refreshing change from what all the big phone brands force you to have. solidly built and quite weighty for its size this alone shows you it's actually well built and not just pretending to be. everything else is pretty much the same as any other android phone out there just on a smaller scale. Google maps is still usable in the car and everything ticks along just fineOne handed operation is excellent due to the smaller size another nice touch is no useless pree installed apps nagging for subscriptions and emails that you can't uninstallI can get about 2 days use out of mine but usually charge it every night like I have with all other smart phones I have ownedThe only bad point I can think of is no wireless chargingOverall A excellent phone that's not hyped up to a ridiculous price

Putting this review on to avoid disappointing people who want to buy a camera phone. This is not a camera phone despite the advertised 50mp camera. All the spec on the phone works as advertised, fast os, fast browser and screen scrolling. But the camera is no where near the quality of my previous Moto phone with 50mp, as I said :-) all other spec is smack on up to speed with my previous Moto phone. Asked if I would buy again, YES : this is my main phone because of in works as well as my Moto phone but without the camera!

I what I get asked when people see it for the first time, they are surprised by the size.My second Doogee phone, got fed up with carrying a lump of a phone about, this phone isn't a lump!Only little gripe is battery life. It just about gets through a day, but comes with a rapid charger so is recharged very quickly so its not so much of a big deal

Camera can't focus anything. Every single photograph is definitely blur. You can see pixels on the photos.I mean I couldn't take 1 normal photo. Other than that size is perfect. That 1 star for it.
