I recently purchased this fish aerator, and I couldn’t be happier with its performance! It's incredibly quiet, which is a huge plus when you're out on the water or in a confined space. The low noise level won’t disturb my fishing experience or annoy me to death in the ice shack as other bubblers have done in the past. The airflow is fantastic, providing ample oxygen for my bait, including minnows and crappies. It keeps them lively and healthy, crucial for a successful fishing trip in the summer or winter on the ice. Another standout feature is the insane battery life. I can use it for hours on end without worrying about recharging, which is essential when you're out fishing for the day. I left it outside in -4 degree Fahrenheit weather for 12+ hours, and it still had 2 out of 5 left in the battery. It had been running for 20 hours in total. It's a rechargeable lithium-ion battery with a "c" port to charge up. The touchscreen button took a little getting used to, but once I figured it out, I found it user-friendly and well-designed. The overall quality of the build is impressive; you can tell it’s made to last. If you're serious about fishing and want to keep your bait in top condition, I highly recommend this aerator. Really quiet,works as needed

Very low output of air even peak charged. The battery lasts a long time but the power doesn't. Using alewifes for bait which need constant aeration even when ice fishing. All of my alewifes died within an hour due to only a light sputter of bubbles. After 2 hours no bubbles at all. 2 dozen bait at $15 / doz. Would have been better off buying a pump twice the price that actually works. Lesson learned. Also experienced everyone else's gripe with the ridiculous on off switch being temperamental. Total fail.

This air pump does it's job. 2 gripes: the power button is a pain in the butt, it doesn't always turn on when you want and... It turns on when you don't want it to with incidental contact with the power button. 2nd gripe, the metal clip is not very springy and it will hang on something but it won't grip it to stay in place. I have noticed a huge difference in my minnows using an air pump vs. not using the air pump. I like that it's a complete kit with check valve, air line and air stone. The battery lasts a very long time. I ran my pump plugged in for 36 hours with no issues. I gave it 4 stars because for the Money, I think it's an OK buy. There are a lot more expensive air pumps at the bait shop that are not complete kits like this one.

What I liked about this Ghosthorn 3.0w 4000mAh air pump fast shipping, it was packaged well and had a partial charge of 1 bar so I could check to see if it worked rite away. And it did work just fine. I put it on charge over night and it took about 8 hours to fully charge. I can live with that seeing how after fully charging the unit l installed it on my 7.5 qt ENGEL Live Bait cooler. It supplies just the right amount of oxygen to the small cooler. Using the intermittent setting that is. If it were on constant it would over saturate the water in the tiny cooler. What I am really impressed with is it only dropped 1 bar in 23 hours on intermittent. If I really needed too, I could plug it into the USB plug in the truck or boat. It really compliments my ENGEL Bait cooler, did I say this Ghosthorn 3.0w 4000mAh air pump is amazingly quite compared to the rattling thumper that came with my Bait cooler. Check out the video! Need a new air pump get a Gosthorn of the size you need for your tank. And you will be happy that you didn't throw your money away again. I'm apprehensive it will last a long time and if it should fail I would definitely buy another. No Con's

The touch start is way to sensitive, anything touching the power area will turn it on, so packing it without killing your battery on the way is difficult. Didn’t survive taking on some waves in the bed of a stuck truck upon high tide. Don’t ask. I hated that while I was charging it overnight on fishing trips it’ll wake you up cause it’s vibrating the whole table or nightstand you’re charging it on. It is quiet though so you’re like, what even is that noise for the longest till you’re used to owning it. Found it ON in my tubs or backpacks I was carrying it in, before picking up bait, so many times. I pretty much always ended up with a power bank keeping it running most of the weekend trip because it turned itself on so much. Battery life doesn’t compare to the double D bait box battery life, but it doesn’t take on moisture as easily either. Had it for a little while but hadn’t used it all too much since I live a few hours from the coast. I couldn’t find a good way to contact the company about this thing dying after take on some seawater. If they get in touch with me about this I’d be willing to give another star or 2 depending on their customer service. It did get tested in quite an extreme seawater event but didn’t survive. A water droplet could turn it on so even being a water tight design it can still decide to take on some water on its own from the air intake, I like a proper on/off switch. Pros: Good airflow. Quiet. Rechargeable usb-c. Works while charging. Cons: Turns on too easily. (Any bump/touch) Always used a power bank for full day trips. Once charged turns on, overnight sucked. No longer works after submerging. (Long story) Stone broke from the tube easily.
