Update: I had to come back and update this based on a more recent experience with this product. Recently, my stomach has been very upset and loudly rumbling whenever I eat --so bad I almost don't want to eat! Previously (months ago), I'd stopped taking these after a week -I wasn't having terrible stomach issues at that point. However, with the recent stomach issues, I decided to start taking these 30 minutes before meals since nothing else had been helping. These made HUGE difference! I have have actually been able to eat without immediately having stomach pain and needing to use the RR. These may not seem to do much if you just have minor indigestion, but if your gut is angry... well, for me, they've really been helping at a point when nothing else was making a difference!//Original post: Only a 2 week supply. These are easy to swollow gel-caps with what seem to be a good formulation of ingredients that have seemed to minimize gastro issues I experience when eating. The bottle's instructions are to take 2 capsules 20 minutes before meals twice daily for 2 weeks, and then take a 2 week break from use. I'm not sure why it recommends only taking these for 2 weeks at a time. I would like for the manufacturer to provide more info on this. I am still currently in the initial 2 weeks, and do feel my stomach feels more settled after meals, yet this seems a bit pricey for a 2 week supply.

These are effective. No bad taste or gross burps etc.

I tried this recently and I will say the packaging is nice. Everything arrived in tact and the bottle appeared to be made of good materials. The supplement had no aftertaste and was easy to swallow. I cannot say I noticed any sort of difference from taking it though. I would say use this only if you believe it will help you
