Ninja Woodfire XL Flat Plate, Non-Stick Flat Top BBQ Griddle Plate

I absolutely love and enjoy our Woodfire XL grill - the results are delicious and easy to get! BUT! What was not so easy with the standard grill plate is to clean it up each time! The burned grease in between the crevasses is a nightmare and steals lots of time. Interestingly! The Ninja WoodfireXL grill uses the grill plate just in the Grill function! What it means is that for any other regime (smoke, air fry, roast, etc) - the bottom grill element and correspondingly the grill plate does not heat up. So what you get is just a messy & full of grease tray and lots of cleaning. So this Flat plate is an absolute game changer in this regard! As you can imagine, being flat makes the cleaning super easy and fast! As I was using the actual grill function about 20 % of the time, it's an absolute time saver and due to easiness made us use the grill overall much more often! Functionality is also amazing, as being flat makes it good for almost anything, your morning outdoor breakfasts, pancakes, you name it.. When comes down to quality of the plate - it's Ninja quality. Very good non-stick coating, thick and heavy, fits perfectly of course so simply said - despite not cheap, but saved time makes it great value for the money. Worth every penny - trust me. Cooked with it for the first time yesterday - excellent bit of kit - more versatile than the griddle plate (cooked everything I needed for chicken quesadilla in one sitting (and the were fab). It will be good for pancakes, bacon, scrambled eggs (anything that’s difficult to cook on a griddle. The non-stick coating is excellent and is very easy to clean just with hot soapy water. Perfect fit for ninja woodfire XL. A weighty and sturdy item that holds heat well, even once the cooker has been switched off. Very happy with it - looking forward to the next occasion that I used it (thinking bacon, sausage and egg muffins this morning 😁)

Does the job described - no problems

I recently tried the Ninja Woodfire Plate, and overall, I’m impressed. It outperforms the Ridge version in terms of cooking performance, delivering even heat and excellent results, especially for grilling and searing. The food comes out with great flavor, and the design is sleek and functional. However, my only gripe is the cleaning process. Despite the superior cooking results, the plate is still quite difficult to clean. Food tends to stick, and it takes a little extra effort to scrub it thoroughly. While the performance is good, I wish the cleaning process was a bit easier. That said, it’s still a solid choice for anyone who values great cooking results.

Only used it twice so far. It's as good as the smaller version, just way bigger! Internal dimensions, 44cm x 28.5cm Cleans easily, and water beads off it like a ducks back... A good addition to the standard ribbed grill that comes with XL Woodfire, allowing you to do all manner of things, or to put your own internal dish on perhaps. (I do this but put foil under the dish as an extra layer of protection from potential scratches.) TIP: Do not use ANY metal utensils to cook with on this plate, it will scratch through the layer of whatever it is on there easily. Silicon tongs, plastic or wooden spatulas are recommended. I've had this a while and never used it. This May Bank holiday it got used everyday 2/3 times a day, It cooks evenly, nothing sticks to it and best of all so easy to clean. Great value for the money and fits perfectly in my Ninja Woodfire. Highly recommend, I've seen people cooking full breakfasts on this thing.

Love this. Use it all the time now as the supplied griddle plate is very difficult to get clean. The non-stick doesn’t seem to be actually non stick. The flat plate is really versatile and I’ve even baked a cake in there!

Excelente accesorio, ideal para hacer Hamburguesas, Tacos o incluso para combinar con el resto de los accesorios, dado que es más fácil de limpiar que el grill que trae la parrilla

Ho acquistato la piastra liscia Ninja XL da qualche settimana e sono davvero soddisfatto. La superficie è grande e mi permette di cucinare verdure, carne e anche pietanze per la colazione senza problemi di spazio. Il materiale in alluminio pressofuso con rivestimento antiaderente rende la cottura uniforme e facile: niente si attacca e pulire è semplice, basta una passata con la spugna. L’ho usata sia per grigliare hamburger che per preparare asparagi e gamberi, e il risultato è sempre stato ottimo. Mi piace soprattutto la possibilità di cucinare diversi alimenti contemporaneamente, separando facilmente vegetariani e carne grazie alla piastra. La trovo molto utile anche per chi ha il barbecue elettrico Ninja Woodfire XL, con cui si abbina perfettamente. L’installazione è stata semplice e la piastra si adatta bene ai modelli compatibili. Il prezzo mi è sembrato adeguato per la qualità offerta. In sintesi, la consiglierei a chi cerca un accessorio versatile e comodo per la cucina, soprattutto per le grigliate e le preparazioni veloci.
