Wasted my money
Huge waste of money. It can test raw flowers, but it cannot test heat pressed rosin, or butter or coconut oil that has been infused the traditional way on the stove, or with a magic butter machine. It can only test butter or oil that was infused with BHO, or with a winterized concentrate, which most people have no clue about, and 95% of people are not using that stuff to make butter and oil infusions anyway, they are using raw flowers. This device will not help you accurately measure how many milligrams the edibles will be, and it only gives you a combined thc/cbd percentage for raw flowers, and nothing about terpenes

Quite accurate if you use it CAREFULLY enough,****Careful with the cassette's lenses***
I just receive Tcheck a few day ago ,a bit early delivery ( just 3 days from US to Asia wow).Too measure your infusion ,i recommend you to use only with the Oil infusion because oil will not damage the surface of the testing cassette.Sometime,if your oil is Dark in color ,you must dilute it like 45x times. For example,my personal infusion concentration is 500 mg per ml in THC,i have to do the dilute as in youtube but i use my infusion 0.2ml while i mix it with pure coconut oil 8.8 ml.Moreover ,you also need to use the syringe filter that come along with the expansion kit to filter out other thing in order to get the correct result.Temperature of infusion is crucial ,you have to use the infrared thermometer to measure it.About the syringe ,you gonna need Low dead space 1 cc. syringe to achieve the best result.Last, the most important thing that you MUST be aware of,is cleaning the testing cassette. To clean it,me, i personally use only warm water rinsing through the cassette only ."DON"T TOUCH the lenses of cassette".After rinsing it,you need to dry it by using soft tissue to clean the cassette outer layer but the LENSES of it you gonna need cotton bud to dry it carefully.Avoiding to create any scratch over the lenses,it will help to prolong your test kit and its accuracy. This is a small spectrometer which have the database in your app.Light reflection is the key of this equipment so don't ever make the lenses of cassette to have any single scratch.Just an idea to anyone who need to know estimation of your product,it is OK. I personally use with my oil that i consume to enhance quality of my sleeping.Thank you Tcheck.

I really wanted this to work but I have concerns
I really wanted this device to work, and it is phenomenal to have a battery powered spectrometer that can measure THC concentration. I ordered this as a new product, and it was delivered today. It came in a really fancy case and it appeared to be high quality right off the bat. I inspected the components and was disappointed to find a major scratch in the middle of the cuvette. I tried to remove this with q-tips, paper towels, and a bit of rubbing alcohol. The scratch stayed so I do not feel confident in the readings. I tried to use it anyways. The first two readings that I did were over the 15mg capacity of the device. This is not a problem at all since you can dilute the sample and use math to calculate the actual concentration as others have mentioned. I did this procedure and was able to get multiple readings on various samples. It is very challenging to stabilize the temperature of a product prior to reading. The manufacturer should really consider redesigning this product to include a heater that can heat the cuvette to a known temperature and simplify the process. The videos recommend an infrared thermometer, but these do not provide an accurate reading if the sample has a reflective surface. Infrared thermometers have a loose tolerance, and the reflectivity of the surface can alter the readings. I used a high quality thermometer probe instead.I am concerned that the testing procedure does not get a baseline of the carrier fluid. The device zeroes with a cuvette removed. They obviously compensate for the cuvette. This testing procedure does not take into account the diversity of products on the market. For example, butter / ghee can come in a range of colors, and some manufacturers even add food coloring. The manufacturer programmed this with a standard "butter" constant, but I am concerned that the readings will be significantly altered due to the variety of products on the market. It would be nice if they have a high accuracy testing method that allows you to "zero" the device with a cuvette that contains butter or ghee without THC, and compare it to a sample with THC.I didn't have any glitches with the app, but I think they can improve a few features. I sent an email and asked the manufacturer to consider improving certain aspects. I did get some readings that loosely correlated with the concentration I was expecting, but I do not feel it is truly a reliable test. It is a novelty test, but I would like to wait for the next few iterations of improvements.

Extremely good for tincture, not so much butter.
It has some flaws, but is accurate and consistent with tinctures. Keep the tray clean, debris free, and the correct temperature, and all is well. Testing butter isn't so simple seemingly because it is quite difficult to keep the temperature in the correct range. The testing range is a little low also, only being able to read up to 15mg per ml, but with a little math you can dilute to make it usable. Also, I would recommend to make a small box to run the tester in. Outside light seems to impact the results.

A bit of a learning curve.
You can buy your own medium (alcohol) filters and syringes to do your own dry herb tests and save a lot over tcheck kits. I'm not sure how accurate it is, but good enough to get a reasonable idea of potency. Especially compared to what it cost to have tests ran or buy a commercial tester which are very very expensive.

Tcheck 2
Best invention since electricity. I wished it would go above 15% would be the only thing I dislikeIt's such a great product I would definitely recommend purchasing.

Requires Cell Phones GPS Location To Use
As the title says, you can't run any tests unless you allow the tCheck app access to your devices GPD location

Returned for refund
Does not work as advertised. Only measure up to 15 ml/mg after that you are diluting everything down. wont measure CBD

Doesn’t read correctly.
The tCheck doesn’t read the correct values and it’s like pulling teeth to get any after sales service and Amazon take forever to give a refund when you send back a faulty product

Too complicated
Got to mix the weed with something to thin it out to the point I don’t trust it and it won’t read past 15mg … this should be clearly stated on the description. I have not used mine yet I tried and kept getting errors and gave up …..
