This product works as intended. But the only solution to getting rid of pest like mice in the house is to identify and block holes using steel wool and expanding silicon. As I found bait boxes don't work somehow and the trap did catch three mice or so but they kept coming until holes were blocked. As at writing, I am yet to see any mouse (fingers crossed and praying).The other trick to the trap as well (which I didn't know) is to place the trap very close to the wall with the trapping mechanism facing the wall as mice run along the side the walls.

Say mouse trap, when describing is for rat traps,

Says for rats that's the reason why I bought the large traps, set them got into bed trap went off loud screaming animal noise and it escaped, definitely think it was the rat but wasn't nice to listen to it scream. Hopefully it died later of its injuries.

I brought 6 of the larger traps to sort out a rodent problem. On the first night I caught 3 mice and 2 rats using peanut butter for bait. A good product, easy to set and get rid of rodents easily.

It is a mouse trap as it says on the box NOT A RAT unless you got babby rats
