Our city now restricts food waste to the green waste bin. I purchased biodegradable plastic bags to fit into this bin. It is roomy and looks nice on the counter. The filtered top is genius and really eliminates odor. It is easy to clean and I am so glad I purchased it.

The size is good for the countertop. It’s attractive and there isn’t any foul smell. The filter is effective!

I have been wanting to compost for a while. I decided a small bin in the house is perfect to collect our day to day kitchen waste. My husband was hesitant and worried about odor. This has been a great bin for us the past few months. It is cute enough to leave on the counter but typically stored below the sink. We have not had any odor problems at all. We do pair ours with a compostable bag liner for easy clean up.

The compost bin is a good size for either your kitchen counter or floor. Only downside is there’s nothing to keep the compost bag up, but if you get a bigger sized bag or don’t use bags then it isn’t an issue

This countertop compost bin works great! We put a compostable plastic bag liner in it to hold the food scraps and things we put in the bin, so cleanup was easy. The bin holds quite a bit of food materials, and the filter in the lid was remarkable, as we never had any odor problems!We've just removed the first full load of compostable materials and put them in a larger bin outside that will make the final product, so we are ready to start on our second "starter" batch of compost material. We're eager to get going and start making compost for our garden beds.

Buy bags lol. I forgot. But this is perfect for compost. Just need to buy bags to use. Not too big or small
