We had an annoying moth infestation and tried several methods and gadgets to get rid of them. None worked. I bought these and haven't seen a moth since! They are cute so I just laid them around in my home decorations. The scent is not strong to the nose, in fact I don't smell them unless I put them to my nose so if you're sensitive to smells these are wonderful. Plus natural and reusable are always a bonus! These are soooooo worth it!

So I got these for a Silverfish problem. And since I put them around my room, I have not seen a single bug. I might jinx myself by writing this review, but I know a lot of people have Silverfish issues and I encourage you to think about this option! I don't smell the cedar at all, which I'm a little bummed about, but that's not why I bought the blocks so it doesn't matter. The blocks are smaller than I thought, but it worked out because I hid them all around my closet and the rest of my room (similar to a horror movie protagonist warding off vampires by sprinkling garlic everywhere). So that was me - sprinkling cedar blocks everywhere and so far, no bugs. Will update you on my buggy adventures if the creatures come back.

The photograph of the hand holding it makes them look large but they are very small.The cedar odor does not last very long, even with five in a drawer. It did nothing after a week.

These are very pretty but not very “smelly”. I put several in each closet hoping they will deter the moths that I’ve been seeing.

I guess I expected it to smell more pungent (like moth ball power) but the scent is pleasant.

The hearts are about the size of a quarter (as in they could fit inside it), but the circles are a good size. I was expecting to be able to smell the cedar (as i have with some blocks) but they didn't have any noticeable smell - which I guess could be good or bad.

I don't know why I was thinking they would be bigger, like the size of your hand or so - they are pretty small, only a few inches big - but they do smell nice and I will probably reorder these again.

Very little scent and too small.

Advertised as 40 pieces (20 flowers and 20 hearts) and it's 29 (just flowers). Also says it's just cedar without any other scent infused and they smell VERY strongly of chemicals. Disappointing as they were for use around people with severe allergies to chemicals, fragrances, and essential oils, but not cedar wood. Grateful I opened this when they weren't around.

The scent does not last

These are really tiny which wouldn't be so bad if they had any scent at all. Even when sanded, there is no smell. I ended up buying cedar essential oil and put drops on them.
