I love the photo frame , the wooden base is lovely along with the lighting, the personalisation was perfect. It's a beautiful gift, but be aware there is a film on it for protection that needs removed prior to gifting it. It's great value!

The screen with pictures and engraving was beautiful , quailty was excellent , but had a little problem as the led base wasn’t working , contacted the seller and without hesitation they are sending out a replacement ,There’s no grumble here with customer service or the product , looking forward to reviving new base to illuminate the screen and then it will look even better ,The gift was recieved and greatly appreciated, Would give more stars if I could and would definetly recommend and use again

This is a really cute gift for a birthday present or a Christmas present it is great quality and looks very cute! Only two complaints 🤍1. In the product picture it looks as if it lights up but doesn’t2. Very hard to take clear film off the edgeOver all I recommend!!

Description says it doesn’t play music but pictures of the product is misleading as it represents that it plays musicPoor quality as the glass came with scratches and no neat work doneIt plays a selected song by scanning a picture so there is no point of adding the timing which para of song you want to add to it while selecting customised details of song which is very disappointing.Better to buy it without a song and lights not worth the money
