Great product

My husband has been taking cinnamon for many years to assist with his blood pressure and leg vein circulation so I decided to get a vegan version and give it a try. Unfortunately it caused me to have a mild skin rash on my face and so I had to stop taking it.

I have a bit of mixed feelings about these, but overall am pleased. Normally with cinnamon you take it about 15 minutes before your meal if your taking for blood sugar, but these are a one a day, so instead I'm taking one of these before breakfast, and taking a normal cinnamon pill with dinner. That being said, they're easier to swallow than most cinnamon supplements I've found, and I don't end up burping up cinnamon later, so they get the thumbs up.

I tried this supplement simply for the health benefits of the ingredients. So far, I have not had any trouble with fowl odors, aftertastes or swallowing. The serving size is one capsule, so this is a 60 day supply. I do not feel any different from taking these, but perhaps I need to give it a little more time.

Interested in the effectiveness of this product in comparison to the supplements that I currently use,prompted my decision to order this brand.Containing turmeric and cinnamon,which are already part of my daily supplementation,and have been beneficial.Curious about the added benefits of combining,berberine,panax ginseng,and apple cider vinegar,in conjunction with what I currently use in hopes of increasing their beneficial properties.Clearly stated on the label this brand is non GMO,lab tested,GMP certified, and vegan.Also this brand Includes a full daily value of all listed supplemental ingredients in one capsule.Based on those stats,using this brand is extremely cost effective,as it eliminates the need to purchase individual supplements,which can become expensive.These capsules are easy to swallow,flavorless,and have no unpleasant odor.Concurrently I haven't experienced any negative side effects,to report while using this product.However if any issues do arise I will report back with a follow up review.As always consult your physician before making any dietary changes, especially if taking prescription medications to avoid and adverse interactions.For now I will continue using this product,as it currently meets my needs.

I recently started using Berberine, and these Ceylon Cinnamon Capsules with Berberine HCl Supplement are easy to take. Two easily swallowed capsules a day. This includes additional supplements including Ceylon cinnamon, Milk Thistle, and Black Pepper. There are 120 capsules per bottle, so it is a two months supply.

Like many, I’ve been trying to manage my health and have been taking berberine, cinnamon as well turmeric, along with many others. This one pill, while not as potent as individual pills, seems to work quite well and does it in 1 capsule. This make taking supplement so much easier and convenient. It’s been few days since I switched over and so far, it seems to be working as I don’t see any negative changes. For me, it’s a great value as it replaces at least 4 supplements that I take which are much larger. Excellent product!

I ordered this to hopefully lower my blood sugar. I am not diabetic yet. I won't know for sure if it is working until I have my next blood draw. However, I do feel a little more energetic and have lost about 5lbs. I will have to update this review after my bloodwork in a few months.
