SIMPSONS Chubby 2 Synthetic Shaving Brush

They say you get what you pay for and this certainly applies for this fabulous brush. Built with artisanal passion and pride, superbly soft synthetic (yup, hate the idea of harming animals to get a shave) yet dense enough to lather hard soaps. The handle exudes quality, an absolute amazing product worthy of its reputation. Brilliant service too.

This brush is first class. Loads soap easily, and face lathering is a dream. So soft, but superb backbone. Simpson's have produced something special. Being synthetic, so easy to take care of.

The best shaving brush I own. Nice wide knot, good handle, very very soft and the convenience of synthetic bristles. Is now my go to brush.

What an amazing brush! Holds more than enough lather for three passes, beautifully made, soft and has not shed a single hair yet! I am a synthetic convert and hope this is my brush until the day I die!

I am extremely happy with this Simpson synthetic shaving brush. I use it for wet shaves with shaving cremes, alternating with four different brands. Works great with each one, and is easy to rinse and clean. Excellent quality product.

am Anfang war ich enttäuscht, er hielt für meine Begriffe kein Wasser, verbrauchte Unmengen an Seife und Cremes und im Gesicht verteilen war fast unmöglich, in der beiliegenden Anleitung steht es so geschrieben, man soll wie ein Maler die Seife verteilen....: Alles Blödsinn!Die Erleuchtung brachte folgendes Vorgehen: Creme in den etwas feuchten Pinsel einmassieren, in der Schale erst kreisen, dann stampfen: Geduld haben, es braucht etwas länger als bei anderen Pinseln: aber dann oh Wunder es entsteht ein gigantischer sehr feinporiger Schaum, der einem im ersten Moment etwas fest vorkommt, etwas Wasser dazu und es wird noch mehr feinporigster Schaum.Der Schaum ist wundervoll, im Gesicht kann man mit festem Kreisen, das Ganze noch feiner machen, es ist einfach nur der Hammer!Und das egal ob Rasiercreme mit Silikon (juckt den Synth Besatz des Pinsels nicht die Bohne...) oder ohne, oder feste Seife, der Chubby macht seinen Job und einen sehr feinen super schlonzigen Schaum..!Für den Preis eine echte Kaufempfehlung für jeden echten Oldscool-Rasierer(in)..!

Ho letto per mesi recensioni su i Simpsons ma il prezzo mi ha sempre tenuto un po' a distanza.. non riuscivo a giustificarne il prezzo.Poi ho letto di quello con peli sintetici e anche qui avevo molte remore ma ho voluto provare (anche grazie a qualche recensione in merito): pagato poco meno di 50€ spedito in CH e me ne sono subito innamorato!Bello da impazzire (giudizio privato, ovvio), la densità è quella tipica dei Simpsons, la morbidezza è eccezionale, il backbone incredibile.. asciuga in pochissimo tempo (a differenza del tasso).Insomma ho trovato il mio pennello definitivo: lo consiglio a tutti!

Comment dire... j'ai des brosses Razorock et autres en pur synthétique... celle ci est d'un tout autre niveau. elle est douce mais les poils ont un vrai ressort. pour faire monter la mousse en FL , rien de mieux.... le terme de rolls royce des synthé utilisé sur certains forums rasage traditionnel n'est pas galvaudé. En plus je l'ai eu à 56€.... l'affaire du siècle! après le problème de ces blaireaux est de leur trouver des supports adaptés.. il semble que le Muhle RHM5 soit le bon car adaptable....à vérifier quand il sera livré. N'empeche, que du bonheur ce bestiau.
